This year the traditional Christmas market in Bolzano is open from the 26th of November 2015 until the 6th of January 2016, with the following timetable: 

26th November: 5-7 pm

27th November: 10 am - 10 pm

Monday - Friday: 10 am - 7 pm

Saturdays and 7th of December: 10 am - 8 pm

Sundays, 8th of December and Boxing Day: 10 am - 7 pm

24th December: 10 am - 2 pm

25th December: closed

31st December: 10 am - 6 pm

1st January: noon - 7 pm

2nd - 6th January: 10 am - 7 pm
